Benefit Information
Benefits and RRSP - Full time employees participate in a full group health benefits plan, they can access our Employee Assistance Program, they have access to a Nurse Consultant and they are also enrolled in our RRSP program. We have recently expanded our RRSP program to include part-time employees.
Paying it Forward – We strongly believe in giving back to the community. When employees volunteer their time to support a not-for-profit, the company will make a cash donation to support that organization.
Continuing Education – After completing a designated waiting period, full time employees can take academic or general interest courses on their personal time and if approved, they are eligible for up to 100% reimbursement for the cost of tuition.
On-Site Fitness Facility - We have a gym on site for all employees to use.
Annual Events - The company hosts annual events for employees such as the Christmas Party, Family Picnic and Family Skating Party.
